SHIPPING POLICY
At Zahavier, each order is prepared with care. We currently ship within the United States (and will expand to additional regions in the future). All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, followed by a second email with tracking details once your shipment has been sent. Processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, but we work to send each package as quickly as possible.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and carrier. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your items arrive safely. Once an order has been shipped, Zahavier is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly, as they will have the most accurate delivery information. We will always do what we can to support you in resolving the issue.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not able to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
